Terrible. The building was unfinished and still under construction, the Wi-Fi was poor, and there was no hot water. Bedding was just one thin sheet, the walls were paper-thin, and the window looking into the shower had no curtains.

The staff were friendly, and the location was good. When we stayed in September 2025, it still seemed to be under construction. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, so they moved us to a larger room. The room design left me wondering whether it was a hotel or a motel. Looks aside, the sheets and mattresses were new and good quality.

The location is excellent, the rooms are good, and the bed was great. Room service and reception also stood out in a good way. Breakfast was harder to enjoy: the fruit tasted like salty food, as if it had been cut with the same knife or board as the onion, which was really unappetizing, and the room was very loud. The shower was terrible, with no hot water and all the holes clogged. Sound insulation was awful too, with people talking loudly and playing music in the corridors on Sunday morning. This was from an individual room on the first floor.

The hotel is in a good location and should have been one of the best, but it wasn't. The bathroom needed better cleaning, and worst of all, there was no iron available. I won't be back.
