Guilherme was very helpful throughout, always replying to messages and giving us the information we needed. We stayed at the house over a long holiday weekend with two babies and wanted somewhere more private. It’s spacious and airy, and the pool was clean and heated. There’s also a gourmet area with a barbecue. I know the area, and there are snack bars and markets nearby. The distance to the center is excellent. The only thing it still needs is air conditioning, though that may come as a future improvement.

We traveled with our pet Batuta and felt at home in this simple, cozy, family-style space. Guilherme and his family welcomed us warmly, checked in on how our stay was going, and shared lots of tips. It’s truly pet-friendly: Guilherme gave us plenty of guidance for making the trip work with Batuta, plus suggestions for outings and restaurants where he’d be welcome. We all had a great time in the pool together. We loved it and will definitely return!

We really enjoyed staying here, and the house was spotless, just as shown in the photos. Guilherme keeps the good-sized pool maintained; it has steps that make it easier for children and older people to get in, plus solar heating that keeps the water lovely even at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There’s a large stove, a good barbecue, and all the kitchen utensils you need. We found liquid 70% alcohol in a spray bottle too. It’s only about a five-minute drive to central Pirenópolis. Guilherme was very helpful and gave us great places to eat. We’ll definitely be back, highly recommend!

Our group of friends loved this excellent house. It had everything we needed, including a wonderful heated pool. Guilherme, the owner, was always there to help. I highly recommend it, and this is the house I’ll rent every time I come to Pirenópolis.
