Great.
The streets are already full of potholes, and with the low prices, the hospitality felt about as basic as you might expect. I was unhappy about a few things: there was no soap, which seemed absurd and was a first for me, and for a couple there was only a single blanket, so we had to ask for another. Breakfast was very limited, with just one kind of fruit, packet juice, coffee, and milk. I already knew the location and actually like being away from the crowds. I'll come back someday, but I'll bring the things I like that they don't provide.
The bathroom had folding doors, no enclosure around the shower, and a shower with no temperature control that didn't heat the water well. The room was dark, had no ventilation or minibar, and the mattress was extremely hard, almost like wood. It did have a TV and air conditioning. All the rooms have doors and windows facing the corridor and parking lot, so you hear everything happening at the inn. It's far from everything and the access road is awful. Breakfast was practically nonexistent. The price doesn't match the service.
The owners were very friendly and attentive, and made our stay feel like a second home. We were allowed to bring our dog, and there's a pool and a large parking lot. The breakfast was simple but good quality, and the stay was affordable. The hotel is new. On the downside, the window air conditioner is noisy, and the large glass window makes it hard to have privacy if you leave the curtains open.
