One of the best waterfalls in Pirinopolis, and I really love this place. There are beautiful fish, so bring snorkeling gear.

I wouldn't go back. Getting here involves about 2 km of dirt road, and the visit didn't match what I expected from Instagram. The posts show pedal boats, another nearby waterfall, and other leisure areas, but when we arrived there was no information about the pedal boats and nothing visible to show where they were or how they worked. The waterfall on the property is genuinely pretty. The other one, though, is only reached by a difficult trail, which wasn't mentioned on Instagram. Videos also show another pool, but it's reserved for guests staying at the inn. The beach-style pool isn't really for swimming, just for sitting in the water. There weren't many menu choices and the prices were high. On the day we visited, they had no à la carte food, only snacks. The bathroom was another letdown: one dark space with the shower area mixed together with the toilet facilities. I didn't find the welcome or service warm. There were lots of employees near the pool, but that didn't make the experience feel welcoming. For the price, you can find places closer by, without a dirt road, with more space, better service, and a wider menu. For example, Salto de Corumbá.

Camila was attentive from my first WhatsApp message through our stay. Since my daughter is little, I asked for a crib and microwave, and Camila arranged both right away at no extra charge. We were four adults and our baby in Bangalô Flor do cerrado. The room was spotless, new, and beautifully and cozily decorated. I had almost no complaints about it, though there was no room service, which can be tricky when you have a child who goes to bed early. Breakfast had lots of variety and tasted good, but it only starts after 8:00, not even five minutes earlier, which is hard when a little one wakes at dawn. We also weren't told whether they could make tapioca. The food in general was very tasty. Lunch, however, is served only in the day-use area, the choices are limited, and prices are high. The inn's leisure areas mostly look new, except for the playroom toys. The pools aren't heated. When we took our daughter to the children's pool, it was quite dirty, the big mushroom feature wasn't on, and there was no staff member attending. We had to ask someone to bring towels, and there was no lifeguard. The employees were very attentive, although they seemed overworked. The same people serving the inn had to go down to the day-use area afterward. I saw the inn's kiosk empty several times and imagine that's why. The day-use waterfall and beach area has a good-looking, accessible, new setup, and the shallow beach area is great with kids. On the days we went, though, it was still being maintained after 9:00. It gets very crowded, and later in the day the heated pool smelled like urine. We came away feeling that the day-use area gets the most attention. The inn has the potential to be a ten out of ten, but it still needs more care.
