Imperador Hotel

The location was the best part for me. The hotel is close to most of the city's tourist spots, across from one of the most interesting squares and near all kinds of shops, including the mercadão. If you want to walk to everything, it's one of the best choices, and I really liked it. My room was very good, with a magnificent view, and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was a 10, everything was delicious! The staff were attentive, too. Thanks to the short-haired employee who was so friendly and helped us get a late check-out, and to the really nice, helpful cleaning woman. A few things could be better: there aren't any utensils, cups, glasses or sinks in the rooms. Since the hotel is on a main thoroughfare with lots of cars, it was hard to fall asleep at night because the windows don't block the noise.

The parking is on a nearby street and costs extra, but it didn't cause us any trouble. The location was excellent and convenient for enjoying Poços de Caldas, and the service and hotel facilities made the stay feel special. My room was extremely comfortable, spotless and very well cared for. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of tasty choices. Imperador Hotel exceeded all my expectations. When I return to Poços de Caldas, I'll stay here again, and recommend it with full confidence.

We spent the holiday in wonderful poços de Caldas, staying at this lovely hotel close to the cable car. Our whole family is grateful to the team for taking such kind care of us. The reception staff treated us very well, and the rooms were clean and organized. Camila, the housekeeper, kept bringing clean towels and keeping the bathrooms spotless. We also want to thank the hotel manager Rose, who met us at the entrance and showed us our room. We loved the stay, thank you so much from all of us.

Everything was great, from the excellent room and perfect location to the friendly, attentive staff and breakfast full of treats. The whole hotel team deserves praise for being careful and ready to help. Special thanks to Camila, the housekeeper, who was always so friendly and helpful and kept my room neat and organized. I'm grateful to everyone for making my stay so good! 🙌🏻🙏🏻
