The king-size bed was really comfortable, and the room stayed super quiet even though the hotel is on a busy main road.

I only got to stay one night, so I couldn't fully enjoy the hotel’s amenities. The room was spacious, and breakfast was quite good, especially the tapioca. I also really liked the pool area. The location was convenient, close to both downtown and the airport.

I had to leave after just one night because of the state of the room we were given. It smelled bad and musty, the air conditioning was dirty and poorly maintained, and the single bed was stained and smelled as if someone had slept in wet clothes. The bathroom had a strong urine smell, too. I have severe respiratory problems, and I had an attack during that one night that kept me from sleeping. The room we got was the “least worst” one available at the time. When I told reception, they understood and tried to help by offering a refund. A month has passed, and I still haven’t received it. I recently contacted the hotel, and Fernanda told me they wouldn’t issue the refund anymore. I’ve kept trying to reach them, but they ignore my messages. If you have respiratory issues and care more about the room than the pool area, DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE. The pictures don’t show the actual condition or maintenance of the rooms.

We had a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again before a flight home. It’s very close to the airport, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a great menu with lots of good food. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the jacuzzi in our room didn’t smell very clean.

We paid extra for an ocean view and got a view of the parking lot instead. The food wasn’t good, the front desk service was horrible, and the pool was absolutely dirty. Do not stay there!
