The hotel is in the shopping mall parking lot, and you can buy food and drinks to have in your room. The mall also has a food court and a Supermercado BH, which is especially handy on weekends. My only suggestion is to start breakfast at 06:00 instead of 06h30. For people traveling for work, the current time can make the morning feel rushed. Otherwise, congratulations to everyone for the service and facilities. I'll leave some photos and videos for you to see. One tip: at the mall, I recommend lunch at Hakuna Batata. The basics were covered: it was clean and breakfast was good. But the experience and empathy for guests were a zero. My husband and I arrived around 00:40 after letting the hotel know we'd be coming then. I didn't realize the hotel was inside the shopping mall parking lot, which was closed at that hour. GPS sent us to a locked gate at the back, with nobody there. It was raining hard and we were lost. After we called, the hotel explained that we had to ring a bell at the main parking entrance so a guard could let us in. This confusion could have been avoided with an automatic message explaining how to enter when booking. We're in the age of automation, just a tip. We were exhausted after a long trip, and spent 40 minutes trying to find the hotel. I slept very little and left a bottle of dermatological cosmetic in the bathroom the next morning. Those products are a bigger investment, so I was upset. My husband asked the hotel to keep it so we could pick it up when passing back the same way. Near the hotel on our return, we called to say we'd come by for it. The receptionist said she knew nothing about it, and that lost and found was closed because it only operated Monday to Friday. What bad luck, coming back from a very long trip on a Sunday! The hotel has nothing to do with this guest having a bad memory, right? Congratulations to the hotel's manager for caring about the guest experience.

Modern, quiet rooms made for a good night's sleep. The rooms were new, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and breakfast was complete, with a cappuccino machine too. Great hotel.

For a quick stay just to sleep, the hotel worked well. The experience was positive overall, especially the cleanliness and excellent breakfast. One thing that let down the comfort was how extremely thin the bath linens, especially the towels, were.
