A good spot for a restful night. The room is a decent size, the bathroom does the job, and the mattress is soft and comfortable. The location is great, and there’s on-site parking. Some rooms have air conditioning and some don’t.

I stayed with my family from Saturday to Sunday last week, and we had a 10/10 experience. The breakfast was sensational, with lots of choices, including cakes, sweets, and fresh juice. The room was spotless and tidy, and smelled pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the shower had strong pressure, and the bathroom was large and spacious. Great value for the level of comfort and facilities. I’d recommend it and would definitely return.

The way I was treated when I raised an issue really stood out. The attendant seemed annoyed and was rude. In front of an older gentleman who looked like the owner, she was sweet, but when I mentioned the overly thin pillows, she said there was nothing she could do because she was very busy, and that every hotel has its own way of working. It also surprises me to see the five-star reviews. There were other comfort problems. The towels were very small, thin, and rough. The beds in the twin rooms wobbled with the slightest movement, creaked when you changed position, and felt as though they might give way, which made resting feel less safe. The pillows were too thin to be comfortable. The room also lacked a bedside or other auxiliary light, which matters for guests who don’t like or can’t sleep in total darkness. The split air conditioner seemed undersized for the rooms, especially with direct sun coming through the windows, so it struggled to cool the space. There was no outlet at the desk for a laptop, only one near the bed, making it awkward to work or use electronics. The bathroom had no mini shampoo or conditioner, or even fixed dispensers in the shower. Breakfast ended at 9, which is restrictive for people on vacation hoping to sleep in, and when I went down there weren’t any tables available. I know many guests may be military personnel or their families, but that doesn’t justify the lack of basic comfort that all customers should have. I’m recording my dissatisfaction with this recent stay because these issues significantly affected the minimum comfort I expected. I hope the complaint is considered and the needed improvements are evaluated for future guests.

There’s no elevator or ramp, just stairs, and no one to help with bags, so you have to carry your luggage up and down yourself. Accessibility is lacking. Breakfast was a struggle too. The room couldn’t seat all the guests, so we had to wait for a table. The coffee was bad and cold, the food didn’t look appetizing or fresh, and the presentation was careless. The products were low quality. Staff looked grumpy, except for the cleaning crew. The room smelled of mothballs. The sheets were thin, and the mattress was awful, sagging with holes in the foam. I woke up with back pain after a bad night. The towels were small, rough, and extremely thin, and the sink was tiny. The water from both the sink and shower smelled, though at least the shower was hot.
