Hotel Greenville by Slim Hotéis

The rooms are excellent, and the hotel is well located, with covered parking downstairs and a great breakfast. But the sound carries everywhere, with no soundproofing at all. You hear people talking, TVs from neighboring rooms, and street noise constantly. Even with those good points, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The towels and pillows were good, and breakfast was nice, though the yogurt was left out warm with no refrigeration. The hotel itself is new, but the blankets are so small we had to ask for two, one for my husband and one for me. There’s no shade by the pool, so you’re either in the water or baking in the sun. Reception staff need training too. They all looked annoyed, as if helping guests was being forced on them, which felt especially poor for the nightly rate. And if you want to sleep in, that’s tough: early in the morning, the housekeepers were lifting beds to clean and talking loudly in the hallway.

The pool was dirty, the hot tub was switched off, and the whole area felt disorganized. Inside, the rooms were extremely small, with dirty walls, bad pillows, and a very thin blanket. The building has terrible sound insulation, and I woke several times in the night because of other guests. There’s no bathroom exhaust fan either. This was my worst hotel experience in Primavera do Leste. The price isn’t worth it, and I won’t return. There are plenty of better options in town at the same price.

I stayed at Gren Ville for work and was surprised by how good the service was. The staff were so helpful and polite, always ready to lend a hand. My room was spotless, and breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and everything fresh. I’ll definitely be back!
