My wife and I loved the well-kept, beautiful grounds. Everything in the chalets worked well, and ours was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We stayed in chalé Jabuticaba, with its excellent hot tub. The inn is away from the busy center, but great restaurants and shops are only a five-minute walk. On colder days, the heated towel rack keeps towels warm and dry, and the heated mattress sheet is another nice touch. Marcos is friendly and always available. We’ll definitely return many times!

Marcos was so friendly and helpful, and gave us plenty of tips after the heavy rain the day before. The chalets are cozy and beautiful, with a gorgeous rustic look throughout, including the bathroom. The bed is large and comfortable, the water is hot, there’s a TV in the room, and the bathtub is huge. Everything was impeccably clean and well cared for, and the affectionate cats were a delight. This has become our favorite place in Mauá!
