Golden Tower Maurilio Biagi by Fenix Hoteis

Top.

Okay.

I was pleased I booked after all. My room was clean, the staff were helpful, there were plenty of parking spaces, and the air conditioning and internet both worked well. It’s a cozy place for resting and having meals, and the location is great. For the price, my stay was excellent, and I’d come back. The basics were done well: an organized space, hot shower water, a good bed and pillow, meals, parking, internet, air conditioning, rooms for socializing, a gym, a pleasant reception, and even hot water from the sink tap. I’d been concerned by the negative comments I read before booking, but I’ve seen people complain out of spite before, so I decided to give it a try. Some reviews make it seem like guests expect a resort while paying a lower price. Nobody is perfect, so it seems unreasonable to complain about every little flaw, like a mark on the wall.

Everything was very clean, organized, and pleasant, with first-rate service. The waiters and other staff were polite and attentive.
