The bathrooms needed more attention and cleaning. The place was also very hot, and the A/C wasn’t working properly. My friend and I stayed at this hostel, and the experience didn’t match what the online photos showed. People who live at the hostel were mixed in with the guests, which hadn’t been disclosed beforehand. Some of them had strange behavior and ways of speaking, and that left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I’m sharing this so the place can improve and future guests know what to expect.

The welcome and service were so good they hardly need explaining. My family and I had a wonderful stay, with clean, comfortable rooms and easy access to everywhere. We all highly recommend it. Thanks, everyone, see you again soon!
