Hotel du Valle Salinas

For just a place to sleep, it would be fine if the price weren't so high. I wouldn't stay here again for more than two days. The value for money just doesn't add up for me. The breakfast was very basic. Some staff seemed unfriendly, and when I said good morning, I got no reply. There were no paper towels in the restroom by the breakfast room sink. The uncovered parking is a problem in a city with such intense sun, since the car gets unbearably hot. I also found the bed uncomfortable: the double bed was made from two single beds pushed together. When I asked about cleaning, I was told, "There won't be any cleaning today... cleaning every other day." To be fair, Amanda and Newton at reception were attentive, friendly, and courteous.

The staff were professional and welcoming, and the prices are competitive. Our room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel itself was clean and well looked after. I'd recommend it.

We stayed in suite 212, which was excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was the weak point for me, but I have no other complaints. I recommend it.

The service was impeccable, and I'd definitely stay here again. The breakfast was very complete, too. I was impressed by the setup, which is better than what I've seen in most hotels. The rooms have everything, including a smart TV, air conditioning, and a minibar.
