Nana’s Pousada is a lovely little inn, and I have no complaints. The staff are great, and the security is extremely effective. Cleaning is done every day, with towels changed as well. The Wi-Fi is good and works well. Breakfast is available but isn't included; when I arrived, the table was set and it looked very inviting. It's well located beside downtown, and the place is quiet with no noise, great if you want to rest. The value is excellent, especially for such a good place at a very low price. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large, and the shared kitchen is tidy, hygienic, and easy to use. The downside is that there are sometimes lots of ants. My tip is not to eat in the room, or it'll be full of ants the next day.

I really enjoyed the inn. The room had great airflow, and the atmosphere felt good too. The staff were welcoming and tried to take care of every request. The location is very convenient, with the things a traveler needs nearby, including a bus stop, bakeries, restaurants, and a gym. I loved every day I spent in Salvador, and the warm welcome and comfortable stay were a big part of that. Thanks for everything. Axé! I'll be back!

The simple rooms in Monte Santo are affordable and come with free WiFi, bed linens, and bath towels. I really liked how hospitable and kind the Pousada staff were, and it seems suited to university students. I wouldn't recommend it for people with high expectations or a lot of money to spend.

The room was okay, but the smell in it was unbearable. Breakfast was included in my rate, yet the receptionist said it would only be served late on Sunday because she would be arriving later.

The owner is really kind, the decor is lovely, and the price feels fair. It's a welcoming place for a stay, even if it's not perfect or a luxury hotel. Just avoid coming back late, since the street gets very deserted. And if you might want a snack at night, it's a good idea to pick something up from the nearby bakery.
