I don’t speak a word of Portuguese, but the staff helped me so much with getting by. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. My room was fine, but the TV was broken and mounted in such a bad spot that it nearly fell on my foot. There’s no elevator, and there isn’t a ramp from the street to reception.
