The sea view is wonderful, and the balcony is wide open, which makes the place feel even freer. I moved here from Pituba and it was a big change. I've lived in the Condomínio for two years now, and it's a quiet residential area where I feel comfortable going for walks at night. The Condomínio is very well managed. I'd definitely recommend it if you like peace and quiet.

It's a great spot for studying, working, living, or just enjoying your time, since it stays calm and peaceful despite being close to shopping, markets, a pet shop, stores, and other places. The location is convenient, with easy access, and the view over Salvador's waterfront is special. There’s also a unique experience to enjoy within the condominium.

A really lovely place, with an infinity pool, a sports court, and a 24-hour gatehouse. It feels luxurious. Rentals are available for short stays, furnished or unfurnished.

The view is absolutely worth it. I lived in the condominium for a year; the facilities were good, though maintenance had been lacking. They were starting to address that while I was there. I only moved because I needed a bigger place.
