The location is excellent, and the staff are genuinely very friendly. Still, I wouldn't recommend the place based on my stay. I’m reposting because I had already left a review about these same problems. The room felt old and poorly furnished, and the TV didn't work. The Wi-Fi on the floors also wasn't working. The curtains don't cover the whole window, so daylight was waking me around 5:45. The double beds have hard orthopedic mattresses, which wasn't disclosed beforehand. Breakfast was disappointing, with just one kind of fruit, day-old bread, and little variety. The hotel is across from Sabesp's sewage treatment plant, and there's a line nearby that I think is a trolleybus. It runs late and starts again around 4 or 5 in the morning, making it hard to sleep. The price felt far too high for what the room offers. Parking was another big issue for us, since leaving the car on an unfamiliar street was stressful. Other people may feel differently, but those were my concerns.
