The hotel is very near the TransBrazil highway. The room was good, and the staff and service were excellent. The restaurant was very good too. But soon after I booked, I got a phishing email from an Indian website trying to charge me in Euros, so their booking website seems insecure. I also lost a face flannel, but the hotel found it and posted it back to me. Well done for that great service!

The room was in a terrible state. My partner was staying there while in Rio Preto, and a screw came loose from the shower screen. It was rusty, and he stepped on it, so he had to go to a local hospital for an anti shot vaccine. When we contacted the hotel, the manager sent someone to collect the screw, but my partner wouldn't hand it over. After a long wait, the hotel sent someone to look at his foot. He still had to make his own way to the hospital for the vaccine the next day. The service was bad, and the room was terrible. The hotel tried to say he was lying and that the screw couldn't have fallen off. But he has videos and pictures showing that the shower room is very old and the shower screen is old and rusty.

The people at the hotel were lovely, and I received sweet notes from them. The rooms are simple but nice, and the location is good. Breakfast was very good, with lots of fruit available.

The breakfast was pleasant, though some of the breads and cakes seemed a bit stale. The rooms themselves are lovely, but the separate buildings made things confusing. We ended up in a different one from our friends.

The breakfast tasted good, especially the drinks. The room was comfortable and clean, with quality sheets and furniture.
