The next day, I had an allergy attack from the room conditions and needed to take allergy medicine. My husband and I stayed on 21/01/2026, and the whole experience was very negative. The room smelled strongly of mold, so it was impossible to stay in there comfortably. There was also a strong urine odor in the bathroom that spread through the room. The soap holder was badly rusted, and the shower had such a weak flow that bathing properly was difficult. The air conditioner kept shutting off, leaving us uncomfortably hot during the night. The bed and pillows were so hard that a good night's sleep was out of reach. With all of that, the stay fell short of basic expectations for comfort and hygiene.

The pousada and the street around it were both really quiet, a good place to rest. I paid $59 for a single room, which was affordable for me while I spent five days accompanying my wife at the hospital. I do recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend it. They added excessive fees without telling me beforehand, and the rooms lacked even basic comfort. The service felt inhuman, and the staff were arrogant, as if they were above the law.

They were completely unprepared to host guests and treated the situation with total disregard. The place felt very poorly equipped. Infuriating. I can't recommend it at all.
