Everything looks beautiful and high-end, with polite, helpful receptionists. The complex has a pool, hot tub, swim-up bar, market, coffee maker, and laundry.

My flat was perfect and well located, with a welcoming reception and wonderful, attentive receptionists. The building feels very secure and fully automated, and seems like the most high-tech one in São Luís. There’s a sauna, work room, hot tub, gym, modern laundry, and a pet walking area, plus a great leisure space with a pool, games, and barbecue. It’s close to everything. I recommend it.

The leisure area is beautiful, and the location is excellent. Access works by fingerprint or app, and Wi-Fi is available throughout. The gym is just okay. Laundry is available for 18.00 per wash, which is very good.

It’s a cozy place, and everything is automated. Once you authorize facial recognition access, getting around becomes much easier.
