360 Brooklin

The location is good, but be careful renting a 360 SUITE apartment. The quality depends on who owns or manages it. A friend and I rented separate places for work during the same period. His, rented directly from the owner, was excellent. Mine, managed by 360 SUITES, had construction debris and leftover floor tiles under the bed, dirty glasses, electrical supplies in the cupboards, and buckets on the balcony. I contacted 360 Suítes twice. They asked for photos and said they’d send cleaners, but I had to authorize them to enter while I was out all day. I’m still waking up from it. For a week I breathed dust, had no decent TV, and ate out because I didn’t trust the place’s cleanliness. The six nights cost more than 1.800 reais, including almost 300 reais in fees. The owner of unit 701 is losing out too. Worst experience in São Paulo, thanks to 360 SUITES.

I arrived 11 minutes early and wasn’t even allowed into the lobby. I had to stand outside with my suitcase while the lobby sat completely empty. I understand not being able to get into the room yet, but making me wait on the street is ridiculous. I don’t recommend this place.
