We stay here some nights, and when my boyfriend or I call the room intercom to ask for something, the person answering often hangs up. It seems to work only in the morning, when I can actually get through. Otherwise, we have to leave the room and ask for even a glass of water, or just go thirsty. They should address this with the staff on that shift.

It's a decent, clean, practical hotel. The frustrating part is ordering food and having it never arrive, especially when nobody even lets you know while you're resting. If the kitchen isn't serving, they should take the menu away.

The rooms are dirty and moldy, and this isn't really a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a pleasant night's sleep.
