The staff were friendly and professional, and the room service food was good. The rest of my stay at Blue Tree Premium Morumbi was a total disappointment. My bed was uncomfortable, the gym was extremely limited and poorly equipped, and there was no complimentary water in the room. Daily housekeeping was inconsistent and below an acceptable standard. The safe didn't work, which is unacceptable. The room keys also kept deactivating near my phone or credit cards, forcing repeated trips to reception. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The location is great, and the restaurant's lunch and dinner menus were good. But the hotel feels worn and outdated for the price, and you may find more comfort and better room quality for less. Our room lacked modern comforts: the old LCD TV had a very poor signal, and there were only two hard-to-find US-type outlets for charging devices. The card key system for both the room and elevator was a constant headache. Breakfast was very minimal compared with what we've had elsewhere. The gym equipment was old, and some pieces were in disrepair. You can probably find more modern rooms for a similar price.

The hotel is a bit old, and getting down can mean at least a 10-minute wait in the elevator traffic. The air conditioning makes some noise. It's not a bad hotel overall, but definitely doesn't feel like a 4- or 5-star place.

The bathroom fixtures in room 507 looked roughly 20 years old, and the shower's hot water faucet was damaged. The floor was dirty, and the corridor smelled bad. There was no iron or water in the room, and the shampoo dispenser stayed empty for all five days of my stay. A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I'm here for work, but at 1 in the morning staff hammered on my door for three minutes straight for no reason. Completely unacceptable. The hotel itself is decent.
