A magnificent building, well organized for both offices and residences. There are helpers all around, and parking too.

I used to live in this building, and there were frequent problems with the facilities. At least one elevator was always out of service. The pool and other areas often had problems too, with the spa closed for about eight months and the indoor pool for around five. Complaining to the administration building got no response. Once, a friend left a package for me and the administration sent it to the wrong unit in the wrong building. Noise was another issue. Places nearby played music VERY loud from Tuesday through Sunday evenings, at least until 11 pm. About once a month, somewhere near estaçao Pinheiros played funk ALL DAY LONG on Saturdays. The higher up you live, the worse it gets.

It's a super fancy place, but unfortunately there's no decent bike parking for customers. The bicycles are left out in the weather, just anyhow. In a city where mobility matters so much, business buildings need proper places for us to park our bikes.
