Charlie NUN Itaim

This isn’t a hotel, but it was the worst service I’ve ever had. Expect nothing, not even a key to get in. Don’t stay here. The ridiculous automated response this will trigger will show how little they care.

There were moth larvae in the room, fungus in the bathroom, an old peanut on the floor, and a plastic bag on the sofa that looked like it had been there for ages. I obviously can’t recommend the place.

The apartment might look nice, but the bed is hard. I’d choose a hostel over staying at Charlie. This was my third attempt, and the third time I regretted it. The clunky check-in system never works, and when you reach the building, something is always wrong. Support is slow, WhatsApp doesn’t work properly, and the documents you send never seem to arrive, while someone keeps saying they’re waiting for you. You can end up standing outside, even at 11 at night, waiting for someone to do the bare minimum so you can enter the apartment you rented. Soon they’ll send another message like all the others, saying they’re sorry and care about the customer experience. They’ve been sending the same thing for over a year without improving anything. I hope they close.

We booked and got an email with the room code, but it didn’t work. We sent a WhatsApp message and got no reply. The doorman contacted the emergency channel for us, but nobody answered there either. It’s already 23:11 and no one is responding. I’m asking for a refund.
