The staff were helpful and took good care of me. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of fruit, fresh mate, omelettes, pancakes, and the usual options. The hotel's at the northern edge of the Brooklyn area of São Paulo, a handy base for walking around Berrini. The WRC is a short walk away, and the area feels safe, with plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms could use some updating, and the pool is basically a big bath.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and there's a piano in the buffet area, which is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, the location is great, and the service is friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff were great, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good. On the downside, the bathroom looks old and the door doesn't close properly. Breakfast wasn't as good as on my last visit. The twin bed looks like a double in the picture, and I don't like advertising that can mislead people.

The service was awful. None of our requests ever got followed up. The room hairdryer was broken, and they couldn't provide a replacement or even promise to fix it. We had told the hotel a suitcase would be delivered for me, but they sent it away because I wasn't listed as a guest. This was one of the worst-staffed hotels I've stayed at.

The room size and breakfast being included make the price good for what you get. The main downside is the street noise. Rooms are a bit too loud, with not enough sound insulation, including single-pane windows.
