The restaurant, bar, and spa were good and made me feel at home. My room experience was a different story. I was staying for a conference held on the premises, but the booking discount code never worked, and the App showed a better price. When I first checked in, the hotel seemed very nice. Then I found the bathroom dirty, with dried urine on the floor and an uncleaned toilet. I took photos and asked the front desk for another room. After moving all my luggage, I found the second bathroom dirty too, with a woman's hair in the sink and other mess. I asked the manager to come over, and he did a good job checking the next replacement room before I moved into it. That room was in good condition.

The front door staff are usually nice, but I don’t feel valued as a returning customer after staying here several times. Rates change each visit, and breakfast is included sometimes but not others. The hotel seems focused on maximizing profit at all costs. There are maintenance issues too: plugs didn’t work during two stays, and once I was given a room with barely any shower pressure.

The room was spacious and great, the location was great, and brunch was exceptional. I just wish the staff had been quicker to reply on booking.com. I had to ask the same thing several times on different occasions, and responses took a while. The room also didn’t have hand cream or toothbrushes, things I’ve often found complimentary at hotels around the world, including much cheaper ones.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with excellent quality and a huge selection. My room was modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. At Pullman São Paulo Vila Olímpia, I felt welcome from check-in onward, with care given to every detail. The location worked well for both business and leisure. Thanks for making the stay so special. I can’t wait to return!
