Gonçalo was a big help with directions and suggestions, and even introduced us to some fun locals. We bumped into him dancing one night and had a great time listening to the music. My friend and I stayed here in the fall of 2008 and had a blast. The complimentary breakfast was good, and I’d highly recommend the hostel for its location and welcoming staff.
We only spent one night here, but the place was clearly clean and tidy. There's a kitchen and a nice area to hang out, and the staff were really kind and helpful. Ask them what to do and they'll help make your evening.
