Hotel New Space

I like this place.

I stayed here in November 2025. The one real positive was the cleaning, which was very thorough. The staff, especially at reception, were quite rude and ill-mannered, with a poor manner for dealing with people. Breakfast was very poor too, served in a cramped space with very few choices, and nearly everything was tasteless. Don't be tempted by the low price. Look for somewhere else that values your money and treats you like a person.

I stayed at the hotel for one day and had a good experience. Everything was clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. The bed is low, though, and the bathroom shower stall door is narrow, which makes it hard for a heavier person to get in. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options. If I come back to São Paulo, I plan to stay here again.

There was a lot of noise, with people talking loudly in the corridors during the early hours. The shower in the next room was so loud it seemed to be inside my room, and you can hear everything from the neighboring room. The breakfast was good, but unfortunately I wasn't pleased with the stay.
