I don’t understand why this place is charging thousands of R$ to my card when I’ve never stayed there. If it wasn’t the business, someone may be using its details to make fraudulent payments. I’d be wary of them unless the business replies here.

The flat itself was excellent: really nice, clean, a good size, and had everything I needed. I found check-in a bit complicated as an older person. I sent a photo of my passport, but kept getting emails saying I still needed to send my documents. I think Generation Z would have no trouble with it, but I struggled a bit.

The gym stood out for me. The place is really comfortable and worth the money.

We were moved from a unit with a pool to an inferior one without a pool, and got no compensation for the downgrade. The company calls small rooms “apartments.” The bathroom water smelled bad, the TV didn’t work, and the only way to contact them was WhatsApp, where the service was poor. Room service wasn’t included either: changing the towels and sheets and cleaning a small room cost 160 reais. Completely disappointing. Never again!
