The seventh floor has a gym, lounge, and laundry room. It's a lovely place to stay, and the staff really try to help; the receptionists speak excellent English. Felt suited to couples, business travelers, or anyone wanting a home away from home.

Jacques Pilon offers furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments, from 20 to 41 square meters, with no parking space. Prices start at R$ 249,000. This campaign is valid until 30/08/2022.

It's quiet and peaceful inside, and the historic center location is excellent, close to everything. A great place to live. The gym and laundry could use more maintenance, though, and smokers who ignore the law and the no-smoking signs around the common areas aren't being punished.

A pleasant, comfortable place to rest, but the reception staff were unfriendly and hard to approach, and didn't help much. They also took a 600 reais deposit upfront and promised to return it. The pots, pans, and sandwich maker were pretty rusty.
