I’m here for a business trip and work A LOT, so I really appreciate the care from the hotel stuff. Special thanx to attendant Grazzie ♥️ Vegetables aren’t common for breakfast in Brasil. I asked for them twice, and then she took care of it so I got my salad without having to ask 💚💛 My apartment is great and has everything I need. The gym is very clean and has no unpleasant smell, which is critical for me.

The stay was good, though there are a few things to improve. The rooms could be cleaner, and breakfast supplies weren’t consistently replenished. It would also help to have staff who speak English.

The staff were great and really helpful, but the room felt old and needs maintenance and newer appliances. The website photos gave a misleading impression. I wouldn’t return.

The breakfast was very basic, though the waiters were nice. I booked a room with a kitchen, but there wasn’t even a pan, so cooking something like a steak wasn’t possible. The windows are so thin that outside noise comes straight in. Reception staff don’t speak English, which I don’t think is acceptable for a four-star hotel. Room service was average. I won’t stay here again.

I keep coming back to B/side for lunch and dinner, and plan to continue. The service is always kind, from the whole team: Igor, Rodrigo, Vander, Cris, e o chef Adriano.
