Such a great place 🤤🤤🤤❤️

I wouldn't advise anyone to risk running into someone who might attack them or their pet at any time. The resident of 1507, a woman nearly 40, reportedly targets one particular resident from time to time. Three police reports have already been filed against her. She has entered an apartment without permission, repeatedly buzzed a resident late at night, hurt a dog, and tried to attack one resident before assaulting another. There have also been incidents involving her entering parties and intimidating people into leaving gym equipment. Police have come to the building over assaults attributed to her. Despite repeated complaints, the condominium has taken no action to address the situation or, as the reviewer puts it, do what the law requires to protect residents and seek her removal for antisocial behavior. It also refuses to provide camera footage, saying it needs an order from a police delegate, although the delegate has reportedly said people shown in the footage are entitled to access it.
