The reception staff were very polite, which was the best part of the stay. The bathroom also leaked. When we arrived, we were told a kitchen problem meant the restaurant couldn't serve breakfast or other meals. They brought breakfast to the room instead, but the coffee was poor and came in plastic cups, like a gas station breakfast or worse. The cutlery was plastic too, there weren't enough eggs, some of the fruit we'd ordered was missing, and the food quality was just bad. An unexpected problem is understandable, but they should have put this information on their website. With so many good options nearby, I wouldn't recommend this place.

My favorite part was the lunch buffet. The hotel is in a strikingly narrow, tall building, and the 24th floor has a nice pool, sauna, and gym, plus an amazing city view. Glad I stayed here.
