What a horrible stay at Vossa Bossa Copan. As soon as we walked in, the place felt disgusting and unlivable. It was visibly dirty, smelled bad, and seemed neglected. The old, run-down facilities clearly hadn't been maintained, and the apartment was in appalling condition. The online description and photos had almost nothing to do with what we found. There was no hot water either, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. When we raised it, the property showed no interest, offered no help, and took no responsibility. For the price of decent lodging, we got a stressful, unpleasant place that felt absurdly poor value. We left early because staying there was so dire, and lost the nights we'd already paid for. It doesn't meet even basic standards and misleads customers. There are plenty of alternatives in São Paulo, and this is one of the worst. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.
