We wanted a few days away with just the two of us, and the hotel felt peaceful and welcoming. It’s charming and cozy, and every staff member was kind, attentive, and polite. Juan, André, and d. Maria were wonderful, as were the rest of the team. I’m not completely sure of the name, but I think Glaucia was the person on the second day of our stay. We had everything we needed; the only small thing we missed was a wider menu.

The staff were helpful, attentive, and polite, but breakfast was very basic. The hotel looks like it badly needs renovation, and I got the impression the owner isn't interested in taking care of the property. We couldn't even use the pool because they don't turn on the boiler. I really don't recommend it.

It’s a little outside the city center, which made it quieter and more peaceful for me. I liked that.

The colonial-style hotel is a lovely place if you’re after peace and nature. Breakfast was a real surprise, it was wonderful, and the staff deserve credit for their hospitality. I recommend it.

Don’t judge it by the reviews. I did, and I was wrong. This place deserves more appreciation. It’s peaceful and quiet, with polite, attentive staff and tidy, clean rooms. The property is huge and could use some maintenance, but that didn’t let it down for us. Breakfast was really good, and the price was great too. Thanks for looking after us, hotel. Don’t give up on this place ❤️
