Pousada Acalanto Inn

The birdsong and nature around the inn are lovely, and everything is kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and juices, all prepared with care. We’ve stayed here several times as a family and always left happy and satisfied. The owners and staff put in so much effort to make guests feel comfortable. We had a wonderful, long stay at the beginning of the year. Maily came with me, and the place is pet friendly. It’s so peaceful here, surrounded by beautiful nature, and Fernando and Cleusa are kind, helpful people. I think Barnabé would have loved staying here. I highly recommend it. Such a good place to meet and chat with other guests. It’s clean, welcoming, and the staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast has lots of choices, and in the afternoon there’s coffee and cake by the pool. There’s even a spot where the dogs can have breakfast beside you, which is great. Seu Fernando and dona Cleusa are so attentive. I loved our stay and highly recommend it. Ten out of ten.

A peaceful place to unwind after nearby adventures, with time to relax by the pool or chat around the firepit. It’s close to river trips, the waterfall, and trails. The owners give great service, and the setting feels cozy and pleasant in its simplicity. It gets completely quiet, except for the cattle mooing. We felt very welcome. Highly recommend it, and congratulations.
