Pretty decent and clean overall, though I couldn't get the shower water to stay at a warm temperature.

8/10
It's in a good location, with good service, food, and air conditioning. I was surprised that the hotel is only three stars. The rooms are small, though, so a larger family may need to pay for two rooms. I definitely recommend it.

10/10
There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the location is convenient. The rooms are clean, the staff are good, and the internet in the room is fast. Breakfast tastes good, although the dish selection is very limited. My key card stopped working several times, so I had to get it replaced at reception.

4/10
The beds were nice and the staff were nice too, but the Wi-Fi was unusable for me. At just 2 Mbps, I couldn't stream anything properly. I missed Netflix series, NFL Network games, and the Indians' 22-game winning streak on MLB TV. Even YouTube wouldn't run at 144 kbps. These days Wi-Fi is essential, like a hotel's calling card.

4/10
The double bed was tiny and uncomfortable, and the toilet flush didn't work properly. The shower temperature kept changing, too. When the hotel is full, they often have no extra blankets, pillows, or bed available. Staff at the breakfast buffet weren't wearing gloves or masks, and the mini-fridge comes empty by default.
