The staff were very friendly and always smiling, and breakfast was great. But the room was dated, the mattresses were getting old, and cleanliness wasn’t good: we found a toenail clipping on the carpet. There was also a very strong perfume smell in the lobby that felt overwhelming and unwelcoming. We’d stayed here before and were surprised by how much it had changed.

The hotel is in a great spot right beside two shopping malls. The staff are great too, and most of them speak English as well as another language, which is helpful for a foreign traveler.

This is a very poor-quality hotel. The rooms are outdated, and the towels were very old and dirty. One of the hotel workers said the elevator got stuck all the time, and I ended up stuck in it myself. I had to call the fire department, and they took 45 minutes to arrive and rescue me. Nobody even asked whether I was okay or needed help, which was very negligent. It was a terrible experience, and the customer service sucks. I recommend NOVOTEL instead; it’s a much better choice.

It’s well located, with a nice structure, good prices, and breakfast included. The mattresses have gotten old and need replacing, though they’re still in the beds.

The Wi-Fi used to be awful here a few years ago, but I think they’ve fixed that now. The hotel is clean and close to lots of restaurants, which is about all I could ask for as a foreign traveler. It’s a little old and dated, but its good points outweigh the flaws.
