For the price my wife and I paid, this was a great value, and the location made it easy to get to. The room was just right for an overnight stay, very clean, with comfortable beds. The shower got properly hot even though it wasn't electric, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV had basic channels, which seemed fair for the cost. Motorcycle parking next door was R$ 20,00. I thought breakfast was great, too. I've seen negative comments, but an affordable hotel shouldn't be expected to offer the luxury of a five-star place. I'd recommend it.

The room was in great shape and gave me a comfortable place to rest, and the hotel was very quiet, so I slept well. The Unity team welcomed me warmly. I was in Sorocaba for an overnight stop because of bad weather, and chose Unity Hotel Sorocaba. It's in the city center and was easy to reach. I'd recommend it.

A special mention for SAMUEL at reception: he explained things clearly, was especially kind, and was very prompt with deliveries to guests. Well done. The room was spotless and quiet, with a new air conditioner, comfortable bed, working desk, switched-on minibar, a presentable bathroom, and a strong shower with hot and cold water. Breakfast was generous and kept replenished. The area is peaceful, with plenty of nearby iFood choices, the bus station, and lots of urban transport. The reception is open 24 hours, and the elevator and shared spaces were clean and well lit. I'd recommend the hotel and would return another time.

The service stood out. Maria, the afternoon receptionist, was courteous and kind when she helped me, and Samuel was friendly and polite at checkout. The rooms are comfortable and modern, and the hotel is clean and well organized. Breakfast was pleasant, too. I recommend the hotel, and congratulations to the staff.
