The only thing I liked was the location. I can’t recommend this place after what happened to us. We drove 700 km and arrived at 15:44, but couldn’t check in. They wanted us to stay in a room where neither door would lock. The glass door’s lock didn’t work, and the wooden outer door only shut if you dragged it with a huge amount of force. The receptionist suggested we leave the doors merely closed because the room faced reception and, she said, nobody would touch our things. I wasn’t willing to leave my laptop, tablet, phones, cash, cards, and jewelry in an unsecured room, so I asked for another one. She said the owner was on the way to fix the door. We waited at reception for an hour, but he never showed up. After that long drive and an hour of waiting, I demanded that the reservation be cancelled. We had to rush around looking for somewhere suitable during a busy summer weekend when the town was full. I’d booked well in advance on 08/01/26 for 23/01/26, so being left waiting was incredibly disrespectful, especially since the receptionist said they’d known about the broken door before we arrived. The room clearly hadn’t been maintained, and we were already exhausted. I have photos and videos of the doors, as well as recordings of when we arrived and left.

We liked everything and would stay again. The location is handy, opposite the food area, near restaurants, and just three blocks from the sea. We left the car parked on the first day and only used it again when it was time to go. The rooms were very clean, and the bedding smelled lovely and fresh. Breakfast had lots of variety and fresh products. They also provide aluminum beach chairs in great condition. Alexandre, the owner, and the whole team were excellent.

We’ve stayed here many times, and every visit has been just right. The location and breakfast are excellent, the cleaning is impeccable, and the family service is wonderful.

Such a nice surprise. The rooms are very good and have a bit of a homey feel. Otávio, the owners’ son, was especially attentive and helpful. The inn is right on the Mampituba waterfront, with great restaurants nearby, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely return.
