Central Praia

We loved our stay. The place is simple and basic, which is fine since a beach trip is for getting out and enjoying yourself, not staying cooped up in a room. The women at reception were very sweet and attentive.

The room was clean and had a good TV and shower. We were welcomed warmly, and everyone who helped us was friendly and accommodating. They allow pets, too. The hotel is right in the center and close to everything, with a good breakfast, a pool, and gated parking inside. Some parking spaces are covered and others aren’t.

There were ants on the table in my ground-floor room, and the bathroom stall was very dirty and had no door, so the whole bathroom got wet when I showered. The room smelled moldy and had no wardrobe for clothes. I had to ask for fresh towels, and housekeeping only comes every two days. I’d intended to return, but the experience was awful.

The people here were wonderful, and the service was excellent. I’ve traveled to many places, and this is the best service I’ve had. Thank you to the team for being so attentive and taking such good care of my family. We’ll definitely come back.
