The location is the biggest plus: it’s in the best part of the neighborhood, close to the beach, and you can walk to the little market. The condo is great too, with a lovely pool and really attentive staff. The apartment is simple, but it has the basics, including a fan, air conditioning, and kitchen items, so you won’t be stuck without what you need. Everything works just fine and meets expectations. I’ve rented it twice through Booking, and both times went smoothly, with no hassles or surprises. I highly recommend it.

The owner, Paula, was very polite and helpful, and the apartment itself was clean, fully equipped, and exactly like the photos. It’s in a quiet, family friendly spot and well located. For me, it’s the best place at Praia Grande! I’d also recommend Restaurante Bonkilo, the food was wonderful.
