A quiet place with a lovely pool, a games room with a pool table, and a playroom for kids. The condo is an excellent example for the area, and I had a great stay.

Easy to get to the sea and the highway, and the shared and private areas are finished really well. The place feels cozy and thoughtfully built, with wide hallways and a pool that has its own lighting.

I stay here whenever I visit Ubatuba, though I also use a nearby condo called genesis 1. It’s very quiet and comfortable, with that small-town, mountain-climate feel. The apartment is spacious, clean, and pleasant, and I highly recommend it. There’s a pool, a games room with billiards, and a children’s recreation room. The parking spaces have separate gates. Markets and bakeries are close by, and the beach is near enough to walk to. It’s also close to the monastery of Arautos do evangelho, look it up on YouTube.
