Rosewood Baha Mar

We were a group of 14 celebrating a special 21st birthday, and the level of service surprised us. The restaurants were all original, and we enjoyed the beach, pool, and amenities. The hotel was stunning, especially the rooms, though at $2,000 a night they should be.

Janae at the Rosewood front desk made check-in feel like a pleasure. She was warm, attentive, and made us comfortable straight away. She patiently answered all our questions, listened to what we wanted in a room, and recommended a perfect fit. Her hotel knowledge and local suggestions were impressive, too. She has a rare mix of professionalism and genuine hospitality, and really represents the Rosewood standard. We’re very grateful to her.

For our AiN summit, our company needed to arrange dinner for 50 people, and Carnisha Rolle was one of the best representatives we could have asked for. She was diligent, responsive, professional, and wonderful to work with. The food and ambiance made for a dinner we’ll talk about for a long time. The staff were kind and attentive, and kept our drinks full. Thank you for the great service throughout the event.

The pool at Rosewood was a calm retreat beside the busier pools at the Hyatt and SLS. There was no scramble for chairs, and attendants promptly set us up with towels and water. At Café Boulud, the food was phenomenal, with fresh flavors and a romantic, upscale setting. The Manor Bar is a lovely choice for a pre-dinner cocktail, with a moody, sophisticated atmosphere. Our Ocean View Suite had a balcony with a stunning, unobstructed view of turquoise water. Inside, white linens, hand-painted walls, and marble gave the room a thoughtful mix of modern luxury and Bahamian coastal style. Housekeeping kept it perfectly refreshed, and turndown service was a nice touch each night. The service is what really sets Rosewood apart. From the valet to the front desk, staff greeted us by name and with genuine warmth. They secured dinner reservations and made our itinerary run smoothly. Our butler anticipated what we needed without being intrusive. The Baha Mar complex is huge and energetic, but the Rosewood enclave feels like a quiet, elegant private estate. We’ve had few hospitality stays to match it. If you’re after a party scene, the other towers may suit you better. For privacy, true five-star luxury, and impeccable service, Rosewood is the choice.
