The family who runs Hotel at Sinchula Villa made us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was lovely and homely. Our room was roomy and clean, with beautiful views of nature. The food was good too. If you eat meat, try the Chicken Curry; vegetarians might like the Paneer curry. A relaxing place to stay.

The food was awful, and the owner's manner was very rude. Our room heater didn't work, then the power went out. We kept asking for the problem to be fixed, and it eventually was, but in the middle of all this the owner told us to leave, without any empathy. Getting to the villa also meant going down a steep slope, and the location felt completely off. We ended up leaving at night in freezing cold and moving to another hotel.

It was a quiet, pleasant place to stay, and we had a good experience. We were welcomed at the entrance when we arrived. The staff coordinated with each other well enough, and their service left us satisfied.

The room was spacious, clean and smelled nice, and the view from it was amazing. Staff were friendly, chatty and very responsive. They looked after us and even cooked meals with no spice, which we appreciated. The bathroom was cold, and there wasn't hot water at first. My room heater wasn't working either, but the staff helped and got everything fixed. A good stay.
