The staff are well trained, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself is new and beautifully furnished, with sparkling clean rooms, a comfortable bed, an amazing shower, and great amenities. The mini bar is good and reasonably priced. The street is lively and right in the center of the nightlife, so weekends are expected to be noisy. Apart from that, 5 out of 5.

This is my second stay here this year, and this time we came by car. The rooms are clean and breakfast is good, but they're really noisy at night. We didn't notice on the first night because it was New Year and we got back from the party at 7 o'clock. I'm really angry about being charged 100 byn for parking. Reception even offered us a spot, and it said parking was free for restaurant customers, so we assumed hotel guests could park for free too.

The location, staff, cleaning, and hall were good. But the bed was awful, too soft and seemingly old, and there was only about 15 cm of space beside it to put things like water, a telephone, or glasses. The fridge was tiny, the pillows were poor quality, and they had tea but no coffee. The bed was worse than one at a 9$ hostel, and I ended up with back pain and needing pills for it.

The lobby looks beautiful, but the parking is terrible. The underground garage has no traffic controls, and since there's only one lane, you risk driving straight into another car. The restaurant offers no service, and the desserts are frozen. I wouldn't recommend it.
