MeMes Place

We had a wonderful family stay at MeMe's. The place was clean, comfortable, and safe, and its proximity to our favorite Placencia spots was a definite plus. The hosts were accommodating and quick to respond when we had extra requests. A lovely place to make meaningful memories. We'll book again if we need somewhere to stay in Placencia!

The pool was a nice extra, and after two weeks of backpacking, having laundry available made a real difference. We stayed five nights in the Honeycreeper room at Me Me's. It was roomy, clean, close to the beach and restaurants, and we got by without a car. The kitchen had what we needed to make some meals. Yola got back to me promptly when I had questions, and Anita and the staff were helpful too. One thing that could be clearer is where each room is. The entry instructions explained how to get in and covered the property, but several people, me included, wandered around trying to find their room. There's a number to call, though arriving late with nobody on site can make people nervous. I heard they may add an office in the future. I'd happily stay here again.

Good location in a new building along the Palencia sidewalk. It's lime green, so hard to miss. The rooms are called macaw and toucan. Google placed the toucan room by Captain Jak's, but that's the wrong spot. Both rooms are in the same building.

The host was friendly and quick to respond, and getting around from here was convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I'd stay again, 10/10.
