Sandy Feet Beach Rentals

Tom is spacious and comfortable, and the beach is only a stone’s throw away. Restaurants, nightlife, and souvenir shops are all within walking distance. A great place to stay.

The location is good, but the room we got was awful and overpriced when we booked it. You could hear everything: the room shook whenever someone ran water, and we heard people walking overhead, moving around, and flushing toilets in other rooms. There aren’t enough towels, the mirrors were dirty, and the bathroom window had no screen, so mosquitoes filled the room. The safe was completely broken, and the bed was absolute trash. I feel like prison would have better beds. This was not relaxing at all. If you stay here, you need to be out doing activities, or it’s 100 not worth it. I love traveling and have stayed in all kinds of places.

Avoid! The “ocean view” shown in the listing, see attached photos, was misleading. The Airbnb pictures were of the place next door, not this cabin, and the listing included a TV that had apparently been removed last year. We were trying to make the best of things, then found there was no hot water at all. The owner said someone must have turned it off from outside. We had major issues here.

The location is great, and the woman at reception was an angel. I can’t remember her name, perhaps it started with C. She helped us with tours, transportation between places, and other recommendations. When we asked, she also brought fresh towels and sheets, since they never cleaned the room or changed the linens during our stay.
