Jim and Maria made this vacation special. Jim cooked three meals a day for three days, and every one was fantastic. The last evening, after the kids came back from deep sea fishing with barracuda, crab, and lobster, he offered to make seafood curry over rice. So good. He also took us to and from town as our captain, with his son Kurt alongside as co-captain. Maria came each morning to make beds and clean. We felt completely pampered. We'd gone to Island Time for a week of family time and spent most of it enjoying the house, with its two pools and beach, just a quick boat ride from Placencia. The sunsets were beautiful every night, and the local restaurants were great too: Barefoot, Rumfish, Tipsy Tuna, and Chachis. Such a good stay, thank you for a fantastic vacation!
